When Hollie Schaub bakes, there’s usually about 50 pounds of dough and a small team of volunteers involved. Since starting her bread business in 2009, she’s kneaded dough for about 2,500 loaves of bread and 1,200 cinnamon rolls, but hasn’t pocketed a dime.
